These guys are fantastic to deal with. We live outside the city and our well water was absolutely terrible. They helped us pick out the right system to deal with all of our water issues, and installed the system in a very timely manner. I havent had to deal with a water treatment system before, but they answered all of my questions and we are very satisfied with our water now. I wouldnt want to deal with anyone else, these guys are the best!

Had a problem with my softener since moving to my house about 2 years ago. Finally decided to replace it as I thought I had a major iron problem as well. Rather than try and upsell me on a new system and add filters I didn't need , Bert gave me a great deal on rebuilding my old softener which works like new again. they gave me a Free water test,and answered tons of questions I had. Very happy with the customer service and would recommend these guys to anyone.
I got Northwest Aquasystems to come to my house and install a new water softener, the job was done terribly and they never clean up their mess. When they try to charge me for the bill they charge me an extra 100 dollars and then are very rude to me when I ask them what the extra charge was for. Terrible experience!
