5 Star Basement

We initiated our project with Mike in June 2023 and it is still on hold because of his lack of presence. The last time he stopped by was in Oct and the worst part is that he used our home depot credit loan to pay for another job in Kingston to the amount of $9,000 and he had been missing in action for over 2 months. He doesn't pick up calls or reply message. Be careful of all the fake reviews he has gathered. Most importantly do not give him your credit loan card.

5 Star Basement is a very professional group. We were impressed with the company from the initial consultation to the finished job. Each contracting team that entered our home was respectful and they always left the work area clean. Weekly communication with the Senior Project Manager was excellent and I am sure help to make the project run smoothly and completion on time. When we had questions they were address immediately. It was a comforting and enlightening experience.

We recently had our basement finished by 5 Star Basement Remodeling, and we could not be more pleased with the results. The entire process, from start to finish, was exceptional. We began by meeting with the basement designer team The cost was reasonable, the work was high quality, and the process was completely hassle-free. , who provided us with expert knowledge and consultation to help us decide how we wanted to design our basement.

I cannot recommend the 5star basement services enough! They helped scope the project, find the right contractor, manage the project throughout, and then stayed involved until the very end to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

5star Basement team was really invested in the project. They cared about it. We weren't just another number. They were really supportive and provided us with the help we needed during the entire renovation process.
