Al & Gord's Mobile Lock & Key

My experience was with Gord in a social setting.Trying to enjoy an afternoon meal with my wife,Gord was throwing F and S bombs while drinking in the restaurant with his male companion. When I requested that he tone it down a bit, he told me to F--k off. He then directed his F bombs at me. This continued as he got up and made his way to the door continually calling me names. Telling me he is exercising his right to free F---ing speech. He obviously can't hold his liquor. Real Professional Gord.

Although I didnt end up needing a service call, they were very helpful and accommodating to answer my questions by phone. They diagnosed my issue over the phone and recommended I try a few things first, in which one of those suggestions worked. I called them back to thank them, and I would recommend their operation from a customer service standpoint.

I was very pleased with the service and price on my new locks. The front door of my house looks awesome. Ryan and Gord are friendly and I highly recommend Al & Gords Lock & Key

I am on a business trip in Utah and have a neighbour watching my house and feeding my cat. Tonight my key got stuck in the lock and the door wouldn't open I called Al & Gord's Lock & Key. Gord arrived in 20 min had the door opened and repaired the lock all within 15 min. my neighbour informed me it was amazing watching him do his thing. I would highly recommend him, a true professional. Thanks again Gord!

We were locked out New Years Eve and called Al & Gord's around 8pm and Gord arrived about 35 min later. He was very friendly and professional. Our lock was broken thats why we were locked out and Gord was able to get the door opened, repair the lock to save us money instead of charging us for a new lock. I highly recommend this company! Not Professional!

This is not a professional company. They lack empathy and commonsense with respect to the rates that they charge. They are simply out to make a buck. Professionalism and courtesy are not their priority They were at my place for just a few minutes but felt the need to charge me for a full service call. I would not recommend this company as I feel they are more about money than customer service. The technician they sent to me was very unprofessional.
