    You helped a lot!!!

    After a crazy weekend full of wedding celebrations, I completely forgot to back up all the professional photos from my daughter's wedding! With so much going on, I have no idea what happen!     Bye-bye Apple Care!! This is prompt, contactless, 24 hour service with pickup and delivery, worth every penny! I needed help recovering data on my 2019 Mac mini in a pinch and Konesh was my man. It was still under Apple care but that would have taken weeks and put me at risk, this being the day before Christmas. This is the second time that I’m blown away by the ease and rapidity of this personalized Apple care. In a pandemic world, we are lucky to have his service. Konesh also answers phone! Lire plus
