As many of you know, most of my clientele have traditionally been “By Referral Only” from past clients’ colleagues, friends, and family. This is because my Clients find their “FOREVER HOME” through me and they almost NEVER give up the property we find to upgrade to another.

My 34 years experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent in various market conditions and multiple settings assure that the VERY BEST Real Estate Marketing and Negotiating Skills are employed; whether Buying or Selling.

Having been previously employed for 11 of the 34 years by both a nationally recognised Real Estate Franchise and a nationally recognised Corporate Real Estate Brokerage. I understand and utilize the best of the distinct differences in the Real Estate Marketing philosophies of each.

Prior to my real estate career, I was the Senior Chemist for Kellogg’s Canada (Pharmaceutical Division) and thus bring the same attention to document and contract detail; similar to the demands placed upon me by the pharmaceutical industry.

BTW…On a personal note:
As many know, I was born and lived my earlier years in Prince Edward County on Rednersville Road (Now known as County Road 3 ) before my parent’s career decision pulled the family to Toronto. Fortunately, our family never gave up on returning home to “the County” and were able to return to the same home that my parents built in 1954.
