Visited Langlois Sound Performance today as I was having issues with MyCar 2 APP. After explaining my issue to Mike he immediately had a technician check it and had the matter resolved in no time by replacing a wire. Now, my APP is working properly to start my car. As usual, I received a pleasant and friendly welcome by Mike and excellent work done by the technician. Please pass on my appreciation. Great job! Brought my Car in to have wiring issues fixed from a previous installation from a friend of a door popper that fried my door popper wires, speaker wires and back lights. The guys fixed all my issues and showed me what was wrong the first time and put in more fuses to stop any similar issue happening again.
If you want things done right, take your car here. Pricing was fair and worth the peace of mind.

He helped me find the perfect F-150 for me and I didn't tell him this, but I even paid less than I had budgeted for. Qualité parfois douteuse des produits, mais excellent service après vente. Je lève particulièrement mon chapeau aux préposées au retour pour leur patience et leur gentillesse malgré leur charge de travail franchement excessive, et particulièrement la jeune dame qui m'a servi lundi le 16 septembre 2019 vers 13h30. Dans les travaux, j'avais perdu la facture pour un outil défectueux après 3 mois et j’ai eu droit à un remplacement sur place sans tataouinage. Ça c’est du service!

Very good because of Mr. Sasha from lawn mover departement (who with his hight professional client service) saved Canadian tire from complaint at Customer protection department. I took the mover with Honda engine Back to them only hours after the purchase for it wont start. Some woman at the counter Claudette or Claudine against all Canadian laws refused any return or change only referring to repair services while talking to my wife meanwhile Sasha helped find and fix the issue! Bravo Sasha!
