Excellent customer service from salesperson (Guri) at Surrey store. We required only a small amount of tile to finish a project and he was very helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with him after very poor service from the big box stores.

After many weeks of looking for wall tile in many stores, I chose Tile Town on Bridgeport in Richmond BC. The service I received and the attention to my personal choice was over and beyond what I expected. Buying local and trust in Tile Town's service made my decision to purchase even if the cost was higher than others. I highly recommend this store.

The Fairview crew was amazing they called prior to arrival,
they took pride in their work in removing the old gutter and
installing the new. They taken the old gutter away and clean
up before they left. The New gutter looks great I cannot wait

What a pleasure to deal with. The installation crew arrived right on time. Both Brian and Johnny were polite and professional, and discussed all aspects of the installation before starting. They had good suggestions regarding the location of downspouts. Once confirmed they completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Their workmanship and cleanup was excellent. Such a big selection of flooring and great customer service! I spent weeks looking everywhere for the right tiles and as soon as I looked around in Tile Mart Langley they had everything I needed in my price range. I originally came in looking for flooring and came out with connections to people to do my cabinets, countertops and carpet! Tile Mart practically finished my whole house when all I asked for was tiles for my bathroom! I am definitely coming again! Thanks guys!!!! - Annabelle

Absolutely LOVE our new shower. Nick replaced all the drywall, porcelain walls with River Rock floor and accent. He was always prompt, cleaned up after himself everyday and protected the rest of our room with custom tarps. A few months later we hired Nick again to tile around a sink and a coffee station in my salon. Very impressed with all of his work

As I was about to get into my car to go to work, David from Topside pulls up across the street to work on a roof. I told him about a problem with my soffits, thinking perhaps he could fix my problem while in the area. David says, "I'll fix it right now!" I said, "I am just leaving for work; how will I pay you?"
