I have used Waterdown collision twice in the past year and they have done an outstanding job on my 2019 Ford Ranger. From customer service, finishing the job earlier than quoted and quality of service I would highly recommend the company. I would definitely use them in the future. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

I had a tree fall on my car In Dec 2019. My insurer sent me to CSN in Burlington and I was treated very well. Unfortunately in March 2021 I noticed that the paint on the roof was bubbling and cracking. I took it in and WOW - they looked at it asked me to leave the car, offered a rental and my car was fixed and back within 5 days! THE BEST warrant experience I have ever had.

John Dryden operates his auto repair business from his
Home address and I had my car bodywork repaired by him. The work is excellent and I highly recommend him. I also had a friend take her car there and afterwards it looked like a new car.
It’s a small shop at the back of his property and it’s a one person operation so you get to deal with John Dryden as a owner operator. So nice!
