I’ve been trying to get Atlantic wharf to make changes to my dock since March. We discussed those changes last year (when they installed the dock) and was told ‘no problem we will book you in spring’. In April I finally heard back and was told I would have a quote and ETA within a week. I have contacted them once every other week since then (it’s now June almost July) and I’m no longer getting response. Very disappointed.
Update: they have now completed the job and I am happy with the work.

I had a very satisfactory experience with Bruce at the floral department on Thursday, Apr 9. I ordered an item from floral and the employee was more than helpful. Not only was I well informed, but the order was delivered almost immediately. I am from outside town and such great service doesnt happen every day. I felt it should not go unnoticed. The tree came down in a safe and timely manner.
I would definitely have ATR come to remove more trees in the future.
