Called and spoke with an employee here to try to locate my girlfriend’s package that was going to be sent back across the country for missing our unit number. He efficiently put us in contact with someone who located our package, and changed the label to fix our mistake. Went well out of their way to do so just to make sure we got our package. It was great not to be followed around like a shadow & although she kept her distance, when we looked up and made eye contact with her she then came to our aid. After providing us with the information we required, she closed the deal - quite a good one too. I love the atmosphere and home furnishings that Bondars carries. I just returned 2 beautiful lamps that didn't suit my living room. The return was easy and the staff was very pleasant. They also have an amazing fabric department and are very helpful. They were very helpful ordering items for me in the past and have a great selection of large items to small hostess or birthday presents. I love this place.

Bug deflector on my 2010 Silverado came loose & needed to be reattached . . . took it to The Truck Outfitters on Blackfoot Trail & they reattached it, didn't charge me. It's on better than when I bought the truck. Friendly staff, really helpful . . . 2nd time I've dealt with them. Had rear mud flaps installed on truck perhaps 18 months ago; that was another positive experience.

My Honda CRV and a deer had an unfortunate introduction, but A1 did a great job putting my vehicle back to like new.
The receptionist was delightful and if she is an indication of A-1s staff, I imagine the rest of the crew are happy at their job.
My suv was also cleaned inside!! What a pleasant surprise. Thanks so much for that service.
Also, since I could not leave the farm at that time, A-1 sent a person to come and get my vehicle to start on the repairs. Another nice perk! Well done A-1

The Owner of this company gives AMAZING Honest service. I called AAA Towing, felt like I wasn’t a priority to them and they gave a $90 quote to change my flat tire and an hour wait. The next call I made was to Hook-N-Go. The Owner answered the phone, said he could be with me within 20 min and gave me a $70 quote. He was very courteous and obviously was all about giving the best customer service he could. I gave him a very nice tip, because small businesses like that need to flourish.
