The staff is always super friendly, and I’ve had amazing work done by the dentists. I had an after hours emergency because I had been in an accident and my front teeth were broken. Dr Ian and Dr Chris came in after hours to help me. I’m SO grateful! They really care about their patients and definitely go above and beyond for them. I have three small children, and they all see Dr Chris. He is patient, gentle, and he is so understanding of my child who has sensory issues. Highly recommend!

Dr. Grewal and his team at Pro-Grace are the epitome of professionalism and caring treatment. There were no long waits, the front staff were pleasant and knew their jobs. The dental assistant was gentle and the surgeon for my extraction was excellent, always keeping me informed and checking on my well being. Having recently had a terrible experience at another practice, I was wary. I will be staying with Prograce from now on. Great service, no Drama.

We had a full security system installed in our house last month. There were a couple of hiccups at the beginning with some of the sensors from our previous security system. Today I took my Mom to Mountain View Cemetery to put flowers on her husband Bills gravesite. It was snowing, cold and terrible windy. It was important that she went today as 1 year ago today, on her birthday he passed away suddenly. Today she turned 80 years old and for closure purposes I felt it was important to take her to fulfill her request. Thankfully for two very nice employees, George and Steve the Maintenance Man, Mom was given a ride to the site. She called them angels!

Several months ago I had to get a mirror replaced on my old Toyota. They took me right in, got me to my work, and had the mirror installed by end of day. Great job. I had to get some scratches and dents removed on my brand new Mazda last month. They did an excellent job. I had another little incident in the same spot and they fixed it for free!
