I am totally satisfied with my new windows. The entire process from the very first introduction of the company to the completion of the installation of the windows was very pleasant and not taxing at all. Each step during the process was explained and a follow-up done to assure that we were eased and Had not questions. There was no pressure placed on me to purchase anything. I needed a second glass shelf in my bathroom. I brought in a sample shelf to copy. Within 5 minutes they cut and polished an exact copy, and charged me half what I expected. I would recommend them highly.

I placed an online order and of course ordered the incorrect size of primer. When the owner came to the door with the 1 L can and said you didn’t want this one did you? I felt deflated as I thought he was going to make me purchase that one, he simply said ‘no problem I’ll fix it right now,’ he went inside and came out with the proper one. He charged me the difference and I was on my way. I can tell you I have product sitting in my warehouse that I am not able to return to other big box stores.

In past years we struggled to get quotes for our windows and door replacement so this was very much appreciated. Last fall we had a glass shower enclosure installed by another company. There were many mistakes made and we were completely dissatisfied. Two other companies refused to fix the problem. We found Continental Mirror and Glass on line and are very happy that we did. They were friendly, helpful, understanding and most importantly they fixed the problem. We only regret that we had not used them in the first place. They will be the only glass company that gets my business in the future.

All work was done in the best professional way from start to finish!
In the past few years I refered to Meridian Windows few of my friends and relatives, they are also all very happy with the service and warranty that Meridian Windows provided! When I wanted new windows for my entire house (2 bay windows and 7 others) I decided to go with Fibertec because I wanted a solution that didn't involve vinyl. I'm happy to say that the installation went well. The house has been noticeably warmer with a consistent temperature on both floors since the new windows were put in. I had many questions before the process, as I waited, and after and the people there were courteous and respectful to deal with.

Helped with my decision for the windows and doors, evestrofs, facia etc. Chris and his crew were very polite and patient with me when asking questions and their quality of work is exceptional. Many thanks to all of those at Hamblets. They may be more expensive than other companies but the quality of work is A1.
