Hidden Gem right here in Welland ! Anyone looking for a great place to get your hair done look no further... This Salon was such a good experience for my mom and i that i thought i needed to share our experience. Being new to Welland it has been a challenge to find a good salon with qualified and professional stylist . My search is over ! I am always apprehensive to trying someone new with my hair! Gloss was recommended by my neighbor, which always helps ease my "mane" fears. I was so pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, suggestions and the end results. LOVE and will definitely be back. Thanks Carrie for bringing my tresses back to life. :)

Christine did a wonderful job on my hair. I had put an amber colour on, which I quickly decided had been a big mistake. My regular stylist was unavailable and I was very eager to fix my self-inflicted disaster. Christine very carefully coloured and highlighted my hair to it's former tones. I was delighted and grateful to have "myself" back. We spent the the three hours getting to know each other and sharing many laughs. So a potential disaster ended happily for me. Great job!
