Yikes today is April 16th 2025, and Wow!! we had Robert (another ROB) over to our home to discuss our options for a new furnace. What a professional, concise, friendly, courteous, sales person. He answered all of our questions, gave us complete information, took his time to explain what was going on with our old Geothermal furnace, and all of the options, that we needed to know. In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Wayne and Chad could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend T H Oliver for all of your furnace needs!
