He went above and beyond what he was supposed to do or asked. He stayed late into his evening to make sure my family got heat that night, and when I asked if he could take a look at my toilet too( wasn't called out for this) he didn't hesitate to say yes. I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

I called Hydro Plumbing because the plumbing company I've used for decades couldn't or wouldn't respond. My kitchen sink drain was clogged and, while that's not a crisis, it's something you want dealt with. Hydro sent a great plumber, Darren, the next morning. Darren was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable and informative. He's also really good at his job - the company I have used in the past did the exact same job 7 years ago, didn't do the work as well, and charged twice as much!
