Just had their technician leave after getting my water heater and heating unit serviced for the year. The technician was courteous, fast and knowledgeable. For under $150 I was able to get everything ready for the new season. I would recommend strategic mechanical to anyone without hesitation.

Highly recommend John, owner of Pro Way Plumbing Services, over and over again! He did amazing work again for us installing a new sink, installing a new kitchen faucet, and fixing the pooling situation inside the kitchen sink. Couldn’t be happier with GVC plumbing, Paul and his crew did a fantastic job.. they had to re plumb all of our downstairs bathroom to code.. plus install a 60G hot water tank into a very limited space closet.. they were fast, efficient, and all have great attitudes.. After making several emergency calls to various plumbing companies claiming to offer emergency services only to be told there was no one available for days, Jeff came to our rescue to repair a broken water pipe within a half hour at great inconvenience to himself on a stat holiday. He is hugely skilled, knowledgeable, kind, and a consummate professional. His rates are extremely reasonable as well.

A Saturday afternoon, with frigid below 0C temps and high winds buffeting us when I see a leak in the exposed sewage line. Called Drain Pro, who sent us a plumber as soon as he could get here. Alex rooted out the line (massive root and frozen blockage!) within an hour and got all running smoothly. Whew!
And to top it all off, Alex was extremely friendly and tireless. Especially considering the far from comfortable conditions. Left us feeling safe and relieved! Drain Pro definitely will continue

Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.
