I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks

At approximately 3:30 PM Friday 4th Feb I took a wheel of my snow blower with a flat tire to Canadian Tire Georgetown. The service rep. was very helpful, took the wheel into the shop and within 10 minutes the flat was fixed and I was on my way - No Charge! Can't ask for better service that that!!

I would just like to thank the very professional lady at the desk who helped me with my online purchase of a desk for my grandson. I am so pleased with the recent conversion of my 1984 electric furnace to propane by Sparlings. My sales advisor, Daniel, thoroughly explained the different brands of furnace to consider, and the pros and cons of each. Vlad and Tim carefully and efficiently installed the tank and line and took care to leave my lawn looking as good as possible. John and Joel installed my new Trane furnace the very next day and they thoroughly explained its operation and features left my basement clean and tidy.

Called to speak with Paul,was told he retired.I requested an oil change for my 2015 Rav 4,Mo the new owner was very friendly and understanding, got my oil changed,he swapped my rear wheels that were put on incorrectly as oer tire rotation, fixed my front bumper that was backed into at square one parking garage.I will also bring my aluminum boat and motor to be looked at,great service

1 ) More small carts. in a store with a walkin clinic there should be paper towel at the meat freezer section or wipes, hand sanitizer, more paper towel and sanitizer at the carts and on the stair case rail, holding the rail when flu is rampant, plus anything else that is easy to catch
2) Service is very good, and prompt with all cash lanes guaranteed to be open at the weekend
3) Price matching makes it a lot more affordable than some other stores
4) The washrooms are very clean

Fantastic! An excellent Fortinos Location. The staff is extremely helpful. The photo centre is phenomenal, I had the most wonderful experience getting my childrens baptism photos done here! I highly recommend this location for doing your photographs whether its for Easter, Christmas or any special occasion! From the moment I called to make the appointment I was greeted with such a pleasant person. I also got the baptism cake from here and it turned out so lovely. They customized it perfectly.

We were in St. Catherines for a road test when the steering wheel locked and left us very panicked. A young gentleman from Canadian tire came to help us and was able to get us back into our car in seconds. He was very kind and rescued us from potentially a very stressful afternoon.
