The owner was so generous in providing me with a charger after finding out my old one was broken. I defiantly recommend his business and service! Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.
However talking to Bell Alliance helped me (multiple times) to understand exactly what information meant and what was possible. It was also refreshing to speak to a human, not people only interested in your money.

We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.

Definitely go to either Cyclone Taylor hockey or figure skate if you need your hockey or figure skates sharpened. I thought it didn't matter but ask for Giovanni at either place...he is the best and has worked for professional skaters...he is the best in Vancouver for sure. People come from the USA, out of province to see him and the price is the same as anywhere else. More than worth it.
