It was very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Gave us lots of info on things to do and the best restaurants. The room was very clean and everything in it seemed to be brand new. I loved the bathroom, it was HUGE and absolutely beautiful. I never would have guessed that it looked like this, judging by the outside. Never judge a book by it's cover

Can't speak highly enough of telecommunications technicians, Ryan and Sam, who came to our home to install WTC television in two of our rooms last week. (FYI, we already have internet and phone service with WTC.) Part of the hookup was problematic, but Ryan and Sam stuck with it till they resolved the issues and ensured superior reception. Those guys knocked it out of the park with their professionalism, friendliness and all round excellent customer service. Thanks, guys!! Take a bow!!

Whatever the issue (filling, checkup, abscessed tooth, cosmetic tooth repair, regular hygiene, emergency pain) the response is caring and quick. I've been worked into a busy schedule when I was in pain and diagnosed and referred correctly for an issue that turned out not to be a dental one. I seldom have to wait more than 5 minutes for cheerful service in a sparklingly clean space. I highly recommend.

Staff was always on hand and usually made friendly visits while we worked in our locker, adding to the sense of good security. The premises were very clean and tidy and bright. The moving carts were a major convenience. We initially chose this company because of easy access to central Kingston. We would use this company again and are happy to recommend it.

Brayden Pumps was an excellent company to use, I was in an emergency state with house closing in 3 days and the well pump went, Brayden and his father were so very helpful and most certainly got the job done in good time and everything working in top form, they also did the cleanup of the yard from the well digging. This place was fantastic. We booked a last minute room on a long weekend and they were very accommodating. Had a room with two double beds. Beds (and pillows especially!) were super comfy. The rooms all exit to the outside, and the area is nice and quiet. They have nice televisions with 60 odd channels, they give towels and soaps in the bathroom, and have a mini fridge, coffee maker and cups for your use. In the mornings in the main building they have a small but very satisfying breakfast with cereals, croissants, muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc. If the weather is appropriate they even have an outdoor pool for guests to use. Everything in the room was clean and tidy, and it's not that far from downtown Kingston (just a quick drive into town). We got such a good value for the money you pay, we were very impressed. When we come back to Kingston we will always be staying here.

Brought my computer to K-TEC a few months ago, figured it would take about a week or so to get it back (given my prior experience with computer repair businesses) To my surprise, a few HOURS later I got a call from a very friendly technician who explained the issues to me after running diagnostics, and said if I wanted to go ahead with the repairs, they could have it ready for me before 5pm that day! Total cost to repair the computer just over 100 dollars (that included diagnostics, as well as the repair, labour and taxes)
Since then, I'm happy to say that I haven't experienced any issues. I highly recommend K-TEC for all your computer repairs !
