Have always liked this clinic but find it very annoying when it says the hours to call in on Sat. are 8 to 1 yet nobody answers the phone. And the message says they answer the phone on Fridays from 8 to 3. I work night shift...do i sats up all morning to find out they will never answer on Sat.? This is frustrating.

Staff and Dr.Zack are friendly, professional and organized. Yes, I’ve experienced long wait times but I don’t know why…maybe some people take more time as I noticed many people brought a second person into the room to interpret and other reasons as most patients are older. I use a wheelchair and can’t get out and I especially found everyone in the office go out of their way to accommodate my needs. He is a professional, well experienced and reduced my anxiety about my surgery. ?!!!

I have been taking my cats there for years. Dr. Sherry Van Boxtel is the best and she took such wonderful care of my cats and treated them like her own. She is amazing. The rest of the staff are fantastic too. If you need a vet this is the place to go.

Clinic processed patients quickly, even tho there was only 1 doctor on shift. Any doctor anywhere gives only 10-15 minute appointments, and allows only one issue per appointment. This is standard anywhere in BC. If you need a longer appointment to process multiple issues, you might be able to get your long term family doctor to accommodate, but this is a walk-in clinic! And it seems to do that well: processes people quickly, when another doctor is not otherwise available. Thanks for your service

May long weekend on Saturday my cat was deathly ill I called several vets left messages only one called me back Dr.McKenzie he saw her the following morning was kind and gentle wasn���t sure if she could be helped so gave me a couple of options now we wait and see if my beautiful girl has a chance Thankyou Dr.McKenzie ������

I have been a patient at the Mt Ida Clinic for many years. I have found the staff pleasant, efficient, kind, accommodating and compassionate. Being a Walk In Clinic there is sometimes a wait but I always get care as soon as is possible. Dr Lorenz is my family Dr and I have been and am very satisfied with the excellent treatment I receive from him.
I have also occasionally seen other Dr’s at the clinic when Dr Lorenz. was unavailable and also received excellent care from each one.

My time at Sierra Dental was excellent! Things are run efficiently and considerately there. I had 2 cavities to take care of and they were done within an hour or less. Dental appointments can feel stressful and cause pain, but I felt little worry and was reassured many times that my teeth were looking good as the filling progressed. We had the unfortunate situation where our dog Hardy was hit by a truck, and we ended up at this Vet hospital. The initial emergency care, treatment, communication, was fantastic. His continuing wound care and dressing changes are without problems and he’s always happy to go. The staff are compassionate and helpful and lovely. I’ve recommended this place to everyone!

My rhinoplasty surgery on Feb 8, 2023 with Dr. Brown he's a patient, kind, very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything and his staff Laura.
