Barnes Harley-Davidson

Worst parts department ever. They never answer the phone. They have a message to text them, but take half a day to return the text. Any other dealer will answer the phone and tell you in minutes if they have your part. Whoever monitors these employees is just as useless!

Absolutely useless people! If your a new rider forget getting help from them!! If you are trading in your motorcycle for a newer or bigger one don't bother asking to finance they will construct a lie and say your not eligible and they will waste 2 days of your time as a punishment! They crash other people's motorcycles! They can't even get the size of a person's shirt correct!! They will not take responsibility for any of their wrongdoings !! They have a major woke chip on their shoulder!!

They sell broken bikes without presale checks. Got a bike that needed all new wiring, new motor AND new wheels.

I was so impressed with them, I insisted my father purchase his dream bike through my sales guy, Jon. I was EXTREMELY happy with the level of service provided to me when purchasing my FLSTSB through Barnes. Jon was willing to negotiate with me a fair trade in value for my used bike toward my purchase as I live out of the lower mainland area. The day I came in to finalize the deal I was introduced to the majority of their staff and was treated like VIP the whole while time I was there. I asked for a few last minute add-ons for the new bike,and they had the service department bump me up and installed them THAT day!!They even let me take a demo bike out for lunch while I waited for my bike to get done. I do recommend purchasing a Harley through this dealership and strongly recommend Jon, as he will go out of his way help you with your purchase. Thanks for the great service guys!!1
