Len, it was a pleasure to provide you with our quality service. We appreciate your acknowledgement of the very good job we did for you. I also recall your comments about our work on the phone, “My windows have never been cleaner.” We appreciate that. We’ve built our business on honest and forthright communication with our customers, and we find that courtesy typically reciprocated in kind. Your comments in this case, however, misrepresent the entire course of events that day -- in fact, when we had to return the next day to collect payment, we indeed did offer to correct the offending spots on the door. That said, we’ll continue in our effort to offer the highest quality service, at the best possible price, in the most courteous possible way.
