I went to this place for the first time & got a shellac mani & regular spa pedi and had an incredible time.
The workers are so polite & the owner is very welcoming, which is important for first time costumers.
The lady that did my nail was so nice & kept a conversation going not like most nail salons that just do your nails & don't speak a word.
The biggest thing that impressed me was the cleanliness of the salon. You see all the tools being removed from a sanitary container & the workers constantly spoke about the importance of cleaning tools each time.
I would highly recommend this place.
I called to see if it was possible to change my appointment time and the owner was incredibly rude in pointing out the 48 hour cancellation policy. I have never been spoken to in such a fashion or received such terrible customer service from any business and it shocks me that this was on behalf of the owner.
I cannot think of any positives but can think of many negatives. I bought a package of treatments through one of the discount dealers and what a mistake. I have been there a half a dozen times already and at first I thought it was a one time incident but the bad experiences is a regular occurrence. My migraine starts a week before each appointment: difficult owner in all respects imaginable (the worst being the yelling at both customers and employees), long waits before and during treatments (was left on massage table for 30 minutes while employee tended to another customer), tense employees (owing to difficult owner), minimal to no results in laser hair removal etc. I don't have enough space here to list all negative attributes. Do yourself a favour and do not buy a package of any kind here since this business cannot stay in business. Buy a day service only if you need to increase your blood pressure!
