I called Jason one daday to fix our refrigerator He came out the following day which was fine with us. Jason was very nice, polite and fixed our fridge. Pricing was more than fair. I had used him many years ago and was glad he was still available.

The service technician arrived within the stated time. He was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and also very kind to my wild pack of dogs. He fixed two of my appliances and provided me with information to make an informed decision about repairing the third appliance. Their rates are more than reasonable. The first time I used Jay Will Appliances, it was for a dishwasher repair. He said that he could fix the problem but it would probably be cheaper to replace the dishwasher itself. I truly appreciated his honesty. I recently called him again for a fridge repair. He put time and effort into researching and providing information for a possible fix. absolutely fantastic service. Had a washing machine that would not do the rinse cycle, or drain.
Called them and was told a tech would be out in an hour.
He was. Showed up, diagnosed the issue, provided a quote to fix and was in and out in quick order.
Price was very fair and I truly appreciate the ability to come out so quickly.
Friendly, professional and quick.

Cody and Colby recently delivered and installed a side vent dryer. A side vent is almost impossible to find and even more difficult to install in a very tight space. Most people would just given up trying to make it fit. Cody and Colby were not to be defeated and found a way to get it to fit properly. Two thumbs up for their excellent customer service.

Excellent service from the time I called, I went in they had exactly what I was looking for they delivered the washer and dryer promptly and the delivery guys were great they hooked up the set and went through everything and explained all the options on the washer. Great delivery Cody and William. Definitely will be back when I need another appliance

All I can say is simply amazing. Dorothy's Appliance is a family owned business, and it shows. Their service is simply amazing. I suspect there isn't a small appliance on the planet that they couldn't fix.
